Privalyx is a desktop application designed to run locally on Windows PCs and Macs, including desktops and laptops. It works smoothly on most modern business computers, without requiring specialist or high-end hardware. The free disk space required depends on the size of your portfolio. As a rule of thumb, you will need free disk space four times the size of each XER. So, if your portfolio includes 100 schedules with average size 30 MB, you will need 100×30×4 = 12 GB of disk space.
